Spa Manager – Bath, Somerset - £33,660 - £36,630

Set in nearly four acres of beautiful gardens, this characteristic, Bath stone mansion is looking for an experienced Spa Manager to inspire and lead the spa team, together with driving exceptional levels of service.

The position will require a proven track record in managing all aspects of the spa operations with a background as a spa therapist AND in Spa Management. The role will involve working with Directors to implement the overall strategy of the spa from commercial success to operational standards.

Exceptional customer service skills are a must, with the ability to be decisive and look after the best interests of the guests, business and its employees.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years within the spa industry at a senior level, be qualified in NVQ level 3 beauty therapy, (or equivalent) and be commercially aware/driven.

Strong knowledge of the UK spa market
Proven track record of commercial success
Proven ability to manage high volume spa treatments
Good leadership and people management skills
A passion for excellence

The role is permanent
Hours of work - working weekends and evenings on a rota basis
