Veritas Careers are recruiting for an Established and highly successful Automotive Franchise Dealer who have a requirement for a Service Advisor to join their busy dealership in York.

The role involves booking in customers who are having their vehicles serviced or maintenance organising the paperwork and coordinating with the Service Manager for the work to be carried out.

Upselling is a large part of the role and gives an opportunity to earn significant and uncapped monthly bonuses.

Requirements

Ideally you will have experience of working a main dealership front desk and have a "customer first" mindset. If you are a confident organised and well presented individual and have the ability to quickly engage with customers you will be successful in this role.

They are offering a basic salary circa 26000 as well as a realistic and achievable 35000 ote and a host of other benefits.

Up-selling is a large part of the role and makes up a proportion of the earning potential along with customer service related targets.
