Salary: £22,000 raising to £23,000 after probation

We are looking for an individual who has had experience of working in a professional office environment. Ideally you will have had experience of liaising with client/customer queries over the phone and via email. Attention to detail is a must due to this role involving data, reporting and administrative duties.

Role Description & Requirements:
Merchant services sales related work experience will be desirable but not essential.
Self-Motivated and driven to succeed.
Excellent communication, Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Experienced in outbound calling
Excellent telephone manner.
Proficient in generating interest and balancing client objections to convert into profitable business opportunities whilst demonstrating ownership.
Good organisation and time management skills ability to work as an individual and part of a team.
Internal reporting and communication with other teams and offices
Hours; Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
