Job Title: Sales Controller New and Used Cars
Location: Weston super Mare, BS22 8NA
Salary: Up to 30,000 basic + bonus OTE 50,000 + company car, health cash plan, pension, discounted shopping, gym and dining benefits, 24 days holiday + bank holidays
Our client is a well-established and respected car dealership.
A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional New/Used Car Sales Controller for our clients franchise approved car dealership in Weston-Super-Mare.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal and responsible for a dedicated team of 12 in total, your key job objectives will include:
- Achieving and striving to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
- Working with the Dealer Principal to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance and accessory sales.
- Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers.
- Helping my clients to achieve standards of process efficiency and cost control.

Requirements
The role requires an individual with a stable and successful sales supervisory/management background within a franchise approved car dealer.
Experience in a small to medium dealership would be preferable as well as a strong F&I background.
You will need to be motivated/self-driven, adaptable, and hold total drive and ambition.
Delighting customers is what sets our clients apart and being prepared to lead from the front is a key requirement.
A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
