6 months contract with a local authority

Job Summary:

Gathering and accurately recording highly sensitive and confidential data on the designated databases collating key information relating to Children s Social Care and partner agencies.

Key Duties/Accountabilities:

Providing guidance and advice to all enquiries in a timely manner. Taking ownership of enquiries and providing feedback on progress and outcomes ensuring contacts are escalated if appropriate.

Demonstrating a clear understanding of the meaning of safeguarding and escalations where appropriate as defined in relevant policy guidance.

Managing appropriate contacts quickly and efficiently enabling a professional decision to be made by the relevant workers within set timescales.

Essential Experience Required:

Experience of providing business support advice and/or guidance to others.

Experience of forming effective working relationships.

Experience of administrative tasks and processes.

Experience of inputting data and using databases.

Experience of working in a fast paced innovative work environment whilst

remaining calm.

Essential Qualifications Required:

GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualification or experience operating at this level of literacy and numeracy.

A recognised qualification in office skills or administration or a business related subject at level 2 or 3 of the national qualifications framework or have acquired equivalent experience within the workplace

Additional information to note:

Hybrid Minimum 2 days in the office per week

37 hours per week

09:00am 17:30pm
