Join Our Team as an Office Services Administrator at Aspire Defence Service Limited (ADSL)

  • Salary:up to24300 per annum depending on experience
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week no weekends
  • Location: Tidworth/Bulford

Your Role:

  • To undertake and manage work in a safe manner in accordance with legislation and the company Safety First value.
  • Adhere to the ADSL Company Health Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Always ensure the adoption of safe working practices.
  • Undertake any mandatory training as required.
  • Support a variety of departments ranging from Reprographics Reception Postal Services and more.

What Were Looking For:

  • Qualifications: English Language & Maths GCSE or equivalent and the ability to use IT Microsoft Applications.
  • Experience: Experience working in an office environment or similar customer service experience and working within a MOD environment are essential.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills organisational skills and the ability to use your own initiative are essential. As is having a flexible approach to work and a cando attitude.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required with full business insurance.
