Careersolve are proud to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing client based in Stockton on Tees. As they are consistently growing, they are now looking for Telesales Advisors to join them on a permanent basis.


My client offers:

Salary - 20,000 22,000 depending on experience

Generous bonus structure

Pension Scheme

Holidays 28 bank holidays


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am till 5.00 pm


The Role

Our client is committed to offering high quality products as well as outstanding service, as a Telesales Advisor you will be promoting and selling their products whilst engaging and liaising with different clients, forging relationships and helping grow the business.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Telesales Advisor:

Promote, sell and obtain orders from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach

Discuss products and services with potential customers and assist in selecting those that are best suited to their needs.

Work collaboratively with inside office staff to ensure exceptional service.

Make outbound sales calls.

Demonstrate strong skills in getting past the gatekeeper .

Lead generation.

Process Orders

Update the CRM system

Resolve customer queries.


Skills and Knowledge Required of the Telesales Advisor:

Must have outbound sales experience.

Excellent customer focus

Exceptional telephone manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to network at all levels

Positive can-do attitude

Able to show empathy

Excellent selling skills

Problem solver

  • Able to demonstrate strong rapport-building skills.
  • Excellent level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills
