The Lowdown:

For a limited engagement (until November 2025!) were seeking a temporary Office Coordinator to ensure our operations flow smoother than a power shower. Youll be the unsung hero behind the scenes the maestro of office orchestration the conductor of chaos control the...well you get the idea.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Become our Inventory Inspector: Ensure our offices are wellstocked with the essentials (think printer cartridges not plungers...unless).
  • Master of Maintenance: Youll be the goto person for all things equipment maintenance and repairs ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Space Optimisation Specialist: Youll be the Tetris master of office layout creating a workspace thats both productive and dare we say serene.
  • Filing Fiasco Fighter: Implement a filing system so meticulously organised that even the most elusive document will be found with ease.
  • HR Hero: Lend a hand with employee timekeeping training and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Budget Boss: Oversee the office budget ensuring that expenses are kept in check and that resources are allocated effectively. Track spending reconcile accounts and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Welcome Wagon Extraordinaire: Greet visitors and clients making sure their first impression is well sparkling!
  • Meeting Maestro: Manage meeting schedules and room reservations ensuring everyone has the space they need.
  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Support the team by coordinating tasks providing administrative assistance and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Eventful Extraordinaire: Plan and orchestrate company and charity events because who doesnt love a good celebration
