We are looking for a customer focussed professional receptionist with strong administrative and multitasking skills to manage the front desk for a thriving SME located in Redhill Surrey. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients and will play a key role in ensuring smooth day to day operations. You should have previous working experience as a receptionist and be proficient in the use of Word and Excel.

Key responsibilities will include welcoming visitors answering and directing phone calls responding to emails and website enquiries handling mail and packages maintaining and updating handbooks ordering office supplies setting up meeting rooms and providing refreshments plus other ad hoc office duties.

Office based 5 days a week
Car driver required due to company location
Free parking onsite
