Customer Service Team Leader

An exciting opportunity for a driven, proactive Team Leader in customer service to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial SME with ambitious plans for expansion and growth within the pet industry.
Ideally educated to A Level standard with at least 2 years experience in a similar job, you should be a great motivator with a passion to lead and develop a small but growing team of Customer Support Executives. This is a crucial role for the business and the sky is the limit for the right candidate!
As well as being comfortable with technology, you should have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines while keeping calm under pressure. Your duties will include - Team development, mentoring, critiquing and supporting, overseeing the processing of tickets via a helpdesk, communicating with customers effectively via telephone, email and chat support, resolving complaints, overseeing the shipping of goods to customers (accurately reflecting orders), general administration and processing tasks.
Office based.
Working hours - 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
25 days annual holiday (rising to 30 with service)
