Rafferty Resourcing are currently seeking an Audio Visual Product Specialist with previous experience working for either a Distributor or an Integrator, to join a business that provides technical, integration, installation and sales support to audio professionals and their clients around the world.


The role will involve managing a loyal and long-standing client base across Europe, with a view to taking on the additional responsibility of the UK-based clients in the near future. This opportunity would be perfect for someone that is looking for more responsibility and independence, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.


Hybrid working is available, but the successful candidate will be based in the office (Portsmouth) two days a week, so please bear that in mind if you are applying for this position


The Role:

  • Maintaining and developing the existing client relationships
  • Taking ownership of all new business-related enquiries
  • Providing daily sales and technical support to clients
  • Establish effective, always open, communication channels with clients, Directors and colleagues
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Providing regular reporting to the Senior Leadership team

Key requirements:


In order to apply for this role, applicants must have previous experience and an in-depth knowledge of the Pro-AV market. The successful candidate will have proven sales and account management experience gained within the Audio Visual industry, specifically providing technical pre sales and after sales product support.

This company is based on the sunny south coast and has been trading successfully for over 25 years. We are happy to consider hybrid and flexible work options for this position, but candidates must be able to make regular visits to the Hampshire-based office. Applicants must be willing to attend and participate to represent the business at annual trade shows/exhibitions.

Additional Information:

The salary is negotiable depending on experience and there will be occasional travel to Europe and client sites.
