We are recruiting on behalf of a National Recruitment agency who work within the medical/care/nursing industry. Theyre a fantastic bunch, and theyre seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their team.
Location:Newcastle-under-Lymeoffice
Salary: 30,000 plus profit share
Benefits:20 days holiday rising to 22 plus bank holidays, pension, medical plan plus company incentives
- Youll be managing a team of 2/3 Consultants so naturally youll be training, mentoring and managing them day to day.
- Youll also be active in developing new business for the Branch via cold calling, networking and client visits. Managing the existing relationships with clients is also key, as will be improving the service for your clients.
- Managing vacancies, sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates will still be part of your role - were looking for someone who enjoys being hands on as well as leading a team.
- Responsible for all compliance within the branch, ensuring all temps have completely all of the necessary paperwork/checks
- Collating and generating reports to share with your Regional Manager.
- Thinking outside of the box in order to grow your brand awareness, and essentially drive the revenue within the branch.
This role also requires you and your team to share the on-call rota. An evening per week, and 1 in 3 weekends (youll get paid extra for this).
Requirements
Experience youll need
- Strong recruitment experience within the medical/nursing industry
- Solid understanding of compliance within the industry
- Previous management experience, or supervisor level who wants to take a step up
- Driving Licence
- Tenacity, resilience and a natural drive to succeed
