Interim AP Manager 200 a day Hybrid







The Role
Our client are looking to hire an interim AP manager for a 6 month contract. There is potential for this to be extended longer term. The role is based in the office 3 days a week and 3 from home.
The role:
Procurement Operational Support
- Oversee a team of 2 assistants to ensure the smooth delivery of the Accounts Payable function.
- Purchase Order work flow management
- New supplier on-boarding
- Resolving issues identified as part of purchase order to invoice matching controls
- Invoice coding
- Data integrity and cleansing activities
- Review and approval of employee expenses
Financial Reporting
- Liaise with the cross functional teams for inputs related to month close process
- Support to the wider finance operations team for month close AP-related activities
Audit Support
- Liaise with the Group auditors to provide them with timely and accurate information requested.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good Accounts Payable exposure and Month end related activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic individual with the desire to push boundaries to achieve results.
- Ability to manage the workload with minimal direction.
