Entry Level - Human Resources Advisor (Remote)







The Human Resources Advisor is an entry-level position that will support the Human Resources team in a remote capacity. This individual will assist with a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The role will require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including completing new hire paperwork and scheduling orientation
- Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and employee complaints
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrolling employees in benefits and answering employee questions
- Assist with compliance, including maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with HR software and systems
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
