Redstone Commodity Search are working with a fast-growing business utilizing technology and analytics to generate profits in the energy market. They are seeking a Trade Operations Manager to join the team in their London office.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
Responsible for the oversight and control of all trade operations across the European business currently in 4 locations.
Deep understanding of OTC and exchanged cleared commodities. In particular, power and gas as well as oil, emissions and coal.
Manage the full trade lifecycle and day to day activities including T0/T1 trade reconciliation and monitoring.
Manage stake holder relationships and collaborate with both internal and external groups to deliver on projects.
Develop control framework including relevant process and procedures, ensuring day to day controls are effective.
Key Qualifications / Experience
10+ years industry experience, with an understanding of OTC and exchange cleared products.
Experience with the full trade lifecycle, settlements, exchange reconciliation, post trade and reconciliation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
Work as an individual who thinks strategically.
