Role overview
We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team in London on a hybrid Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will initially have primary responsibility for providing first class payroll service to 3 of our newest brands in the

As a Payroll Coordinator at Next15, you will:
Deliver the end-to-end processing of payroll and benefits service, along with associated reporting and reconciliation requirements in the UK
Be the main contact for employee queries relating to payroll
Work with external and internal contacts to ensure that an accurate service is provided to all employees
Maintain the payroll process, ensure a high standard of documentation, identify possible improvements and make recommendations
Prepare the Pension upload report for our pension provider
Ensure core employee documentation, including payslips/P60s/P11Ds/P45s are delivered on time
Run the payroll month-end general ledger report for management accounting
Collate and provide reports promptly, generating data in a format that is available to monitor trends and make recommendations, for example, Gender Pay Gap reporting
You will bring:
A desire to provide excellent service and a passion for both innovation and continuous improvement
Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
Working knowledge of payroll systems
Awareness of employment law and employment tax legislation
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
Analytical skills
Previous experience of collaborating with multiple teams and a customer service focus
