Role overview

We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team in London on a hybrid Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will initially have primary responsibility for providing first class payroll service to 3 of our newest brands in the

You will work with our Payroll Bureau providers, HR and Finance teams to deliver a high quality professional If you are a great team player who welcomes change and loves to improve processes, please apply

As a Payroll Coordinator at Next15, you will:

    • Deliver the end-to-end processing of payroll and benefits service, along with associated reporting and reconciliation requirements in the UK

    • Be the main contact for employee queries relating to payroll

    • Work with external and internal contacts to ensure that an accurate service is provided to all employees

    • Maintain the payroll process, ensure a high standard of documentation, identify possible improvements and make recommendations

    • Prepare the Pension upload report for our pension provider

    • Ensure core employee documentation, including payslips/P60s/P11Ds/P45s are delivered on time

    • Run the payroll month-end general ledger report for management accounting

    • Collate and provide reports promptly, generating data in a format that is available to monitor trends and make recommendations, for example, Gender Pay Gap reporting

You will bring:

    • A desire to provide excellent service and a passion for both innovation and continuous improvement

    • Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail

    • Working knowledge of payroll systems

    • Awareness of employment law and employment tax legislation

    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

    • Analytical skills

    • Previous experience of collaborating with multiple teams and a customer service focus
