Sophisticated Recruitment are working with a start up Crypto fund with experienced owners and significant backing to hire a junior quant developer.
This role offers significant progression opportunities as well as learning from senior quant developers and traders.
In order to be eligible for the role you must be based in the UK and able to commute to South West London. The role can be performed mainly from home with occasional meetings at the London office.
An understanding of crypto currencies is essential. Day to day duties involve;
Supporting senior quant developers to design and implement robust, efficient, and elegant solutions to meet functional requirements. This might involve multiple languages and technologies.
Requirements
Proficiency in Python
Experience with Unix environments (Ideally Ubuntu or similar)
Experience with interacting with websockets and REST based APIs including basic cryptography
Ideally, trading experience
Ideally, experience interacting with centralized crypto exchanges.
