Junior HR Manager - Fitness Industry

Our client is a leading fitness brand dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior HR Manager to join our dynamic team and support our HR department in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, both physical and electronic, in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation and creation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate and assist with training and development programs for employees.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

About you:

  • Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior HR experience of 2-4 years
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a plus.
