We are looking for a superstar coach to join this elite fitness brand in the heart of London. We are looking for someone that goes above and beyond when instructing every class. A strong applicant for this role must be inspiring, passionate, motivating and someone who can light up a room with their energy! Are you someone who raises the bar each and every session? Our client are more than just a gym/ training facility. They offer everything from weight training and cardio to hot yoga and pilates, boxing, barre and much more
They also have an incredible innovative music and DJ offering. Our client are renowned for their stunning, luxury interiors and d cor and top-of-the-range equipment and facilities.
Key responsibilities:
Technical and organisational management of the entire training department according to the standards of the club management.
Coordinating the live classes and group workouts.
Taking care of the members on the floor according to our training philosophy.
Regularly give group workouts and live classes.
Provide personal training sessions and advise our members in the field of nutrition.
Administrative tasks as well as easy cleaning tasks.
What are we looking for?
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification
- Ideally a candidate with a specialist skill (boxing/gymnastics/holistic) and able to deliver classes in that area
- You have relevant sports/fitness education qualifications.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in the field of course scheduling and optimisation
- You have very strong MS Office skills
- You are distinguished by organisational talent and like to work as a team.
- You are a friendly and communicative personality with a decisive attitude.
- A vibrant, bubbly and confident individual
- You are willing to learn and willing to perform.
- You are reliable and conscientious
- Fitness and music are part of your lifestyle.
