Entry level - Virtual Personal Assistant (Remote)







We are seeking an entry-level Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team. The Virtual Personal Assistant will work remotely and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of executives. This is a full-time, remote position that will require a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and appointments for executives
- Manage email and calendar for executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Assist with project management and research tasks
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working remotely is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
