Entry level - Virtual Personal Assistant (Remote)







We are a fast-growing company in need of a dedicated and reliable Virtual Personal Assistant to support our team in a remote capacity. As a Virtual Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and helping to keep our business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar and schedule appointments
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Handle and respond to email and phone communication
- Research and gather information as requested
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
- Prior experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is a plus
