We are seeking an organized and reliable entry level personal assistant to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage calendar appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Respond to and filter emails and phone calls
  • Prepare and edit documents and presentations
  • Organize and maintain files and databases
  • Perform research and gather information as needed
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and computer
