Prestigious, rapidly growing private plastic surgery are seeking an people oriented Clinic Manager to manage a team of FOH and clinical team of 10, ensuring a five-star service experience at all times, and a motivated well performing team,

Please note the role requires previous management experience from a cosmetic surgery, aesthetic clinic or outpatient hospital setting. CQC experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 10, ensuring high performance and motivation of the team
  • Ensuring correct administration at all times
  • Delivering optimal patient experience for high volume of patients (100+ per day)
  • Delivery of optimal consultant experience for the Clinic s consultants (approximately 10 daily)
  • Manage front-of-house / reception/ healthcare assistant clinical staff
  • Oversee bookings/room allocation / outpatient diaries/ space utilisation
  • Buildings and facilities management
  • Complaints management
  • IT and Phone systems delivery
  • Out of Hours liaison leader
  • Ensuring CQC procedures are followed


Requirements



  • Personable and strong relationship builder- both with Consultants/Cosmetic Surgeons/Dermatologists and Staff
  • Strong leadership & people management
  • High attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Strong team player
  • Complaints Handling experience
  • Ideally CQC registered
