We are currently looking for a Senior Agile Coach (m/f/d) to join our Product and Technology Team. Our Product and Technology team is autonomous and co-functional, operating in an agile environment with a customer focus. Our engineers, product managers, designers, QA, and analysts target outcomes rather than outputs, using OKRs to deliver our vision.

We are committed to a journey of continual improvement so that our teams can unlock even more potential to solve customers problems and deliver value. Among many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Serve as an agile teacher, coach and facilitator for our teams in Product & Technology to amplify their knowledge and support their journey towards a high performing state
  • Be part of a centre of excellence which is accessible across the organisation for advice, coaching, facilitation and training in all things agile [such as practices, frameworks and mindset]
  • Build and deliver learning and development content in flexible formats to support everyone across the Product and Technology community on their agile learning journey
  • Independently initiate & lead highly collaborative engagements that transform ways of working for a team or function [in particular, effective discovery phases, iterative and rapid delivery, continuous improvement]
  • [Use systems thinking to] Drive team wide initiatives that continually improve the visibility of work, maximise throughput, control work in progress and reduce impediments & blockers.

  • A highly adaptable communication style that you use effectively to teach, mentor and coach teams and individuals
  • Awesome facilitation skills that motivate teams to deliver value & respond to change
  • Relevant qualifications in Agile frameworks such as Scrum that have been applied effectively to bring about change
