Role overview
We have a great opportunity for an Account Director to work mainly across a famous brand with the likelihood of extending into other brands within one of our prestigious FMCG client accounts. Whilst we work primarily in the social and digital space our work branches across channels and extends into in-store and promotions. This role is for you if you thrive on creativity and are driven by the desire to inspire award winning work on a continuous basis. You are comfortable in a client-facing role and able to develop trust and rapport quickly.
You will report into a Senior Account Director/Business Director and will be part of an 8-strong team including account managers who you will support, develop and motivate.
As an Account Director at ELVIS, you will:
Debate and challenge our strategy department and clients
Seamlessly link account strategies and objectives with the daily deliverables
Provide guidance for our community manager team which is responsible for some of the biggest social channels in the UK
Provide daily leadership of several campaigns
Represent ELVIS at large cross agency meetings and present, discuss and defend our work in such environments
You will bring:
At least 5 years of agency experience
Experience with social accounts/social-led campaigns
Social/digital skill set and be well versed in social best practice
Knowledge of FMCG and eCRM/Website projects
Experience working with a senior team to identify and unlock growth opportunities
A good level of creative written and verbal communication skills
