Location: Hybrid working - 2 days in Liverpool, 3 from home as a general rule
Salary: Competitive plus bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm

- Working as a HR Systems & Data Analyst for a large employer with an office based in Liverpool youll be pulling various sets of data from the system, and generating reports for the business including the Exec!
- Interpreting data and writing reports which are accessible to the audience
- Data Analysis and recommendations
- Using different systems to pull data and information
- Working collaboratively with different departments
- Project work such as new systems implementations
- Answering queries from the wider HR department
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Managing deadlines and ensuring your weekly/monthly reports are distributed on time
Requirements
- To be successful in this role, ideally we are looking for someone that is used to dealing with various sets of Data from a business - ideally from an Analyst role
- Preferably HR experience but not essential
- Must be analytical and have experience of report writing
- Excellent excel skills
- Preferably power BI or SQL skills but not essential
- Confident with creating and managing Dashboards
