Oversight Administrator







Your duties as an Oversight Administrator will include:
Processing and monitoring client cash payments, including external payments requested by the client, Financial Adviser and Corporate fee collections
Reconciliation of client assets held on platform, together with all transactional movements
Escalation of cash reconciliation breaks, both internally and with third party providers
Provide support to the Operational teams on processing and reconciliation of bank transactions for various systems used
Meet outgoing payments expectations
Preparation of files for distributing RAS claims once received from HMRC in accordance with claim and reviewing anomalies
The ideal candidate:
Proficiency in using MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel
Good attention to detail
Skills in identifying exceptions to normal working outputs and the resolution of those exceptions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organised and self-driven with ability to adapt to fast changing environment
Ability to work well within a team environment and build effective team relationships
This may suit a recent Graduate entering into their first role bringing strong administrative skills or someone with existing financial and accounting skills.
