Customer Services Manager - Full Time







Gigabit Networks is a high-growth Internet Service Provider, specializing in gigabit-capable connectivity for residential homes and businesses across the East Midlands, UK.
As part of a rapidly growing sales channel within Gigabit Networks, we need a smart, energetic, self-starter who can support our residential sales channel and ensure that we are delivering a high level of customer service and delivery to all of our end user customers. This is a pivotal role within the business and helps bring all of the departments together. This is a desk-based role and will be based in our Leicester Office on the De Montfort University Campus.
The day-to-day tasks of this role are listed below
Adding customer data and enquiries to our CRM system to ensure this is always up to date
Ensuring customers orders are moving through the sales process within our CRM
Reporting sales volumes and customer metrics via the tools provided
Assigning leads to salespeople as they come in
Managing customer service advisors to ensure pipeline and sales are consistently up to date
Report key findings of customer behaviour and interests to bolster marketing efforts and update internal databases
Interaction with key suppliers to ensure we are always delivering the best service to our end customers and that key information is always up to date.
Being a point of escalation for customer service queries and complaints as required

Essential Skills
Excellent communications skills both spoken and written, also telephone
Highly organised, team player who can work on own initiative
Can do attitude
Ability to use Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc
Ability to work remotely as required
Desirable Skills
Previous work experience in as a customer services manager or equivalent
Knowledge of telecoms or IT services
Previous knowledge or use of Zoho/CRM systems
