We are recruiting for a Registered Manager for a delightful care home located in the heart of the historic market town of Cirencester. This elegant Georgian manor house with its beautifully maintained gardens is just minutes from all the amenities of Cirencester and within easy reach of both the M4 and M5 motorways.This home is a charity run organisation.


They have a truly dedicated team who provide 24-hour residential and respite care for up to 39 residents in a comfortable and caring environment where residents are encouraged to maintain their independence and continue to make decisions about how they wish to live their lives.

Requirements

Person Specification Essential Criteria


At least two years experience in a senior management capacity within the previous five years

A management qualification or care equivalent to NVQ level 5.

Leadership skills

A good communicator

Good IT skills including use of internet, email, MS Word and Excel

An active team player but also able to work on own initiative
