Office Administrator, Chichester
Chasing and liaising with suppliers
Assisting in the sample approval process
Processing product and packaging artwork, consulting with quality control
Completing product and packaging specification forms
Proofreading products and packaging
Data entry of product information, the go-to person for data queries
Building relationships with suppliers
Working closely with product developers
Providing general administration support
The Person:
Previous office administration experience
Strong organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in all MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Commercially aware with good numeracy skills
Enjoy working as part of a team and providing support
The Package:
Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary up to 23,000, depending on experience
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
