About the role:
This is an opportunity to hire and develop our new hires.
You will be responsible for identifying best talents on the market and delivering variety of trainings to our staff with the main focus on an Induction training for new employees.Due to our cross-cultural environment, no training
course should ever be the same, and you will deal with people from all
backgrounds with different learning styles.
Tasks
- Internal Recruitment
- Search and identify suitable candidates for Network EMEA.
- Pre-Screen candidates and submit to Directors
- Arrange and coordinate interviews
- Administer the internal process, including compliance documentation
- Onboarding of new hires
- Designing and developing learning and development programs based on industry and on individual needs
- Producing training materials for courses and inductions
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress through discussions with managers Keeping up to date all of compulsory trainings
Requirements
- Ideally you have some recruitment background either as an internal Recruiter, Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant
- CIPD L&D qualification nice to have
- Continuous development approach
- Passion for recruiting and teaching others
