Willmott Dixon are looking to recruit a highly organised Administrator to join our Wales and West regional team and work from our office based in Pill near Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Preconstruction team and supporting the smooth running of the office including answering all calls into the office during the afternoons. The role requires a proactive and efficient individual who can handle a variety of tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Reporting to our Executive Assistant the key responsibilities are:
- Providing administrative support to various departments within the business.
- Support with all office operations including ordering lunches and greeting visitors.
- Assist with answering incoming calls 1pm to 5:30pm every day.
- Assist in scheduling coordinating meetings and events.
- To be the goto person within the office.
- Covering others during holiday and peak periods.
- Supporting our Executive Administrator with any adhoc tasks to support our board of directors.
- Be the champion for any social and people initiatives.
Requirements
Essential and Desirable Criteria
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience as an administrator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Intermediate excel experience)
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
Working Hours: We are looking for someone to work 9.00am to 5.30pm and we would consider occasional home working on a Friday.
