We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 GCSE passes at grade C or above (including Maths and English), or equivalent. General computer literacy; good working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, including the ability to use formulas is essential for this position. The successful candidate will remain calm under pressure and have a proven track record in customer service. Must be able to show meticulous attention to detail as well as have exceptional time management skills, being able to prioritise workloads and adhere to tight deadlines. Experience in a similar office based role is desirable.
