Our client who specialises in wholesale food services are seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their growing team based in Your primary focus will be to deliver professional customer support to all clients over the telephone and via
Salary of 22,000 - 23,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 9am 5pm
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, buyers and third parties
- Responsible for handling front line telephone calls and email enquiries
- Be a dedicated contact and manage relationships with customers, both internal and external
- Process a new customer applications ensuring that all personal details are accurate
- Resolving any complaints or queries in a timely manner
What they are looking for:
- Proven experience in a customer support role is essential
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail
- Ability to manage relationships with customers supporting with complaints or queries
- Professional and clear communicator, confident telephone manner
- Good data processing skills and able to work to tight
