We are searching for a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Department with accounting and administrative tasks in a leading telco scale up. The right candidate will need to demonstrate enthusiasm and have the ability to work closely with all other teams within in the business. This is a great opportunity for someone that is eager to learn and grow from within the heart of a truly fascinating organisation. This position requires no prior experience in the finance industry, just someone who has an interest in pursuing a career within finance.
Responsibilities:
- To help monitor the accounts inbox.
- Inputting and recording invoices.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Responding to account queries.
- Performing bank reconciliations.
- Ensuring customer invoices are paid in a timely manner and following up where necessary.
- Managing company card expenses.
- Ensuring purchase orders and payments are compliant.
Experience:
- 0-2 years’ previous finance experience.
- A desire to pursue a career within finance.
- An eagerness to learn and a strong can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
