Location: Whitefield, Manchester
Salary: £27,000 per annum (rising to £29,000 after 6 months probation)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (no late nights or weekends)
Our client, a leading Fintech company based in Whitefield, Manchester, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor. This role is dedicated to enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining strong relationships with White Label Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new Partners.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Communicate business updates effectively to partners.
- Present partner feedback to management and other internal departments.
- Work closely with Partners to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Act as a liaison between Partners and internal departments to optimize their business with our client.
- Ensure the delivery of professional and exceptional service to Partners at all times.

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Positive and effective communicator at all levels.
- Proficient in telephone and written communication.
