TPF Recruitment are recruiting for a nearly or recently Qualified Accounts or Audit Senior to join a leading chartered accountancy practice in Sidcup, Kent. The role would suit an Accounts or Audit Senior who is due to qualify or recently qualified within the last two years within a medium to large practice but has a desire to move into a Corporate Finance position. The firm will provide full support and training in order to assist the candidate in reaching their full career potential.

You can expect to work on a variety of transactions involving private limited companies and owner managed businesses.

This will encompass the following:

  • Private company sales and the full sales process.
  • Private company acquisitions and assisting with financial and tax due diligence.
  • Supporting the team in structuring transactions.
  • You will help support our work on management buyouts.
  • Undertaking projections and preparing business plans associated with corporate transactions.
  • Undertaking and preparing valuations of private businesses.
  • Assisting clients seeking debt funding.

You will be working with clients, including private companies, partnerships and individuals and you will also get the chance to work with the tax team to understand the taxation issues surrounding the work being undertaken.



Requirements

  • ACA/ ACCA qualified or nearly qualified
  • Extensive accounts or audit experience, working within a practice environment
  • Analytical mindset, aspiring to progress within corporate finance
  • You will need to demonstrate good analytical skills, structured thinking, commercial awareness and the ability to work in a small team. You will need to prepare concise, accurate documents, while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.

  • 40,000- 45,000 dependent on experience.
