As Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for stimulating and converting business into Fairmont St Andrews and contributing to achieve the hotels budgeted group rooms and banqueting revenues. 

 

A little about what you will be doing:

  • Key account management of existing clients to ensure maximum revenue is secured for Fairmont St Andrews
  • Management of Opera Sales and Catering ensuring strategies are in place to create demand 
  • Identifying strategies to develop the assigned market and execute territory and account plans 
  • Managing nurturing and developing Group Sales Coordinators / Executives to ensure communication from the lead to the enquiry phase is accurate

Qualifications :

  • Hotel Sales experience is essential 
  • Luxury / fivestar background is preffered
  • Eligible to work in the UK
