Sales Manager - Fantastic Leisure Centre

Location: West London

Salary: up to 31k plus commission - 37k OTE

I am recruiting for a fantastic leisure job in West London for a leading leisure Management operator in the Health & Fitness sector. This is an incredibly exciting business. I am looking for a Sales and Membership Manager for their site based in Hounslow, West London. This is a leisure job not to be missed. This is an amazing opportunity to support the club with the growth of their membership. You will be a vital part of the team owning and delivering member retention.

We're looking for a Sales Manager who will lead from the front and by example, who relish the chance to meet and exceed both individual and team target. You will be a key member of the management team with excellent opportunities for progression and development on offer. Prior experience sales in the health & fitness would be beneficial. This role will suit someone in a senior position looking to progress their career to the next step.

Key Objectives: Ensure that outstanding levels of customer service are always delivered. Working in collaboration with all departments to create an environment that is friendly, welcoming and supportive of a customer s choice on how, when and where they are active. Develop and motivate your high-performing team to deliver targets for customer service, membership acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a high performing team through an ongoing training, coaching and support to maximise to deliver the mission and achieve locally determined commercial and customer service targets
  • Ensure all prospective members are shown around the facility and encouraged to acquire a membership option that meets their needs, using sales tools and techniques documented.
  • Deliver agreed team KPI s around completed calls, lead generation, booked appointments
  • Provide managers and teams with accurate and detailed customer service and sales performance reports that identify what has gone well, what could be better and the corrective action that s required.

The ideal candidate will need to have 2 years management/supervisory experience within the leisure or hospitality related industries.

You must be a strong leader, with excellent communication skills and be passionate about wellbeing/activity.
