We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Operations Specialist for a technologydriven Automotive brand. Ideal candidate has a proven track record within Automotive industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for confirming purchase orders for all the dealers
  • Responsible for answering questions about orders from dealer dealers
  • Responsible for solving technical problems of dealer spare parts (contact headquarters to solve DMS and EPCM and S BOM problems)
  • Responsible for supervising and resolving payment issues for dealers (including dealer invoices).
  • Responsible for the sold parts warranty issues
  • Monitor dealer inventory with the RAM
  • Analyze dealers spare parts requirements and predict future spare parts requirements
  • Collect spare parts price data and participate in the retailer price setting.
  • Responsible for warehouse management and Logistic management inspect the warehouse and logistics cost.
  • Other Adhoc tasks that assigned by managers




Requirements


Educated to Degree level

Experienced in delivery services and project management influencing key stakeholders and creating substantial outcomes

Supply chain experience and ability to interpret and analyse complex numerical and financial data.

Ability to influence and engage at all levels to maximise Aftersales share of voice.

Able to balance daily operational requirements with longerterms strategic focus.

Be familiar with the automotive structure malfunction performance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Dependently finish the Business statistics analysis report.

Experienced in using ERP
