To support our team, we are looking for a full-time Junior Account Manager (m/f/d) for our location in London/Chiswick as soon as possible.

Tasks

• You will support our team in the entire daily business
• Your task will be the independent support of existing and new customers
• After-sales support for customer retention and clear communication of product and price details
• Development of sales strategies
• As a central link, you proactively coordinate the tasks arising within the scope of customer projects between the national and international specialist departments
• In addition to customer management, you prepare offers and presentations
• Active acquisition of new customers is also part of your job

Requirements

• Coordination and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and careful working methods
• Initiative and proactivity
• Ability to work in a team and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Customer-, service- and solution-oriented
• Completed commercial training or studies, e.g. business administration, marketing
• Proven professional experience as a junior account manager or relevant sales functions
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point
• Experience with CRM software
• Ideally, other foreign languages would be an advantage
