Entry Level - Human Resources Advisor (Remote)







The Entry Level Human Resources Advisor (Remote) will be responsible for providing support to the HR team in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. This position is a remote position and requires the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Assist with employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
- Assist with compliance issues, including maintaining accurate employee files and ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local laws
- Assist with benefits administration, including answering employee questions and enrolling employees in benefits plans
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting new hire orientations
- Assist with performance management and employee evaluations
- Assist with maintaining HRIS system and updating employee information
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Familiarity with federal, state and local laws and regulations related to human resources
