Responsibilities
- Participate in clients' business systems discovery and design activities
- Interpret and document clients' business requirements and desired outcomes
- Advise clients on best practices while explaining concepts
- Advise clients on training, change management and adoption strategies
- Constantly improve and develop customer success collateral and services
- Work collaboratively and proactively with customer project teams
Experience, skills & attributes required
- Strong training skills with business analysis and change management experience
- Experience in the legal and professional services sector
- Experience with solutions such as Practice Management, Document Management & Case Management
- Have a proactive and consultative approach to continuously return value to internal and external stakeholders
- An enthusiastic learner with a keen eye for detail and a passion to develop professionally
