The Customer Success Executive is an integral person within the Client Services team who develops and delivers services to clients.

Having a strong understanding of customer requirements and ensuring the technical services align with these requirements is key to the role and to client adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in clients' business systems discovery and design activities
  • Interpret and document clients' business requirements and desired outcomes
  • Advise clients on best practices while explaining concepts
  • Advise clients on training, change management and adoption strategies
  • Constantly improve and develop customer success collateral and services
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with customer project teams

Experience, skills & attributes required

  • Strong training skills with business analysis and change management experience
  • Experience in the legal and professional services sector
  • Experience with solutions such as Practice Management, Document Management & Case Management
  • Have a proactive and consultative approach to continuously return value to internal and external stakeholders
  • An enthusiastic learner with a keen eye for detail and a passion to develop professionally
