Purpose of the role

Manage, cleanse and enrich the data held within the business databases. This includes, but is not limited to, business partner data, vessel data, scope of supply, BOMs and item master data.

Have responsibility and accountability for the data integrity across the Cathelco & HEM Business Line, including the validation and integrity of data input, as well as historical data.

Provide data analytics to produce reporting to support the Cathelco & HEM Business Line in its growth plans

Introduction of CRM software and accurate data, along with development of CRM processes to support marketing and continued maintenance.

Assist in introduction and maintenance of Service Engineer scheduling software.

Assist in development and maintenance of a Net Store solution for automated quoting of products.

Key role in supporting business processes centred around SAP Business One ERP. This includes identifying the introduction of AI tools to automate processes.

Regular activities will include continuous communication with different stakeholders, reporting on progress versus objectives.


Key Functional Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Be the Business Line lead for data, ensuring validated and high-quality data is input into the systems in use in a consistent fashion.

Have responsibility and accountability for the data integrity across the Cathelco & HEM Business Line

Manage, cleanse and enrich the data held within the business databases and external portals.

Serve as a point of contact for data for internal key users, Service Desk, and external resources, customers and vendors where needed.


Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Understanding the importance and usefulness of data in multi-site and/or multi-national businesses and using this to drive business improvement.

Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Project management; able to provide examples of leading projects through to successful completion, including stakeholder and budget management.

Understanding of different business processes and relevance of IT systems.

Testing and documentation skills, ability to instruct and influence others.

Customer-focused communication and collaboration skills in a multi-cultural environment.

Productive and fearless can-do attitude.

Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Technical knowledge, experience and understanding of business processes will be beneficial in order to succeed.

Ability to manage several projects contemporaneously, including prioritisation skills to control the workload, roadmap and landscape

Desirable

  • Awareness of business application architecture including ERPs, CRMs, integrations, SQL and APIs.
  • Suitable qualifications (e.g. Project Management, Finance, SAP).

Individual must be willing to travel e.g. Singapore, Spain, UAE etc

  • Office based role.
