We have thousands of businesses subscribing to feature on our website and we are looking for motivated and driven people to grow our substantial subscriptions and partnerships portfolio and be a key player in the success of the business.

The Role

This is a phone-based role that requires strong verbal communication skills and a confident approach. You will maintain relationships with our existing partners but the strong focus is on building relationships with new businesses globally. Youll be in the driving seat for researching, sourcing, generating and building new business with LGBTQ+ venues, hotels, bars, clubs and events worldwide.

Youll utilise your skills to:
  • Prospect new clients around the world via phone/email/social to sell listings on our website
  • Create and maintain new relationships and partnerships
  • Develop business relationships with existing accounts to retain and add value
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records to ensure opportunities are maximised
  • Update content on the website as required
  • Grow through learning and development to achieve your potential

You should have the following attributes:

  • Direct telephone sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Target driven - you love to see your commission grow.
  • Driven and determined individual with a commitment to success.
  • Ability to generate leads and talk to clients in all levels of organisations.
  • Have a well-developed sense of humour along with an empathetic but determined and resilient personality.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Understanding and interest in the LGBTQ+ market.
