Key Duties/Accountabilities:
Looking specifically for a worker to support with the assessment of people with visual impairments.
To provide a variety of services to people with sensory impairments in their own homes which promote safety and independence
To support the work of the Rehabilitation Officers for the Visually Impaired workers in the Sensory Team
To undertake specialist assessments of people with visual impairment in the community and in care settings
To work closely with Rehabilitation Officers (Visual Impairment) to support rehabilitation programs in the community
