BARTENDER
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic bartender to work regular shifts in our members club. This will initially be for a fixed term of 12 months (subject to 3 months probation) and then subject to review thereafter.
Experience desirable but not essential as training can be provided. In addition to working the bar, you would also be responsible for opening and closing the premises (unless members are remaining beyond your shift) and for ensuring that the bar and premises are kept generally clean and tidy.
Typical Working hours would initially be:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 4pm 10pm (opening hours 4.30 9.30)
Wednesday 4pm 10pm (opening hours 4.30 9.30)
Thursday 4pm 10pm (opening hours 4.30 9.30)
Friday: 3.30pm 11.30pm (opening hours 4.00 11.00)
In addition, there will be the requirement to work one weekend per month as follows:
Saturday: 10.30am 4.30pm (opening hours 11.00 4.00)
Sunday 11.30am 4.30pm (opening hours 12.00 4:00)
Additional weekend overtime will sometimes be available.
