About the Role:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Girls PE program aligning with the schools overall vision and educational goals.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging PE curriculum that fosters a love of sport and physical activity in all girls.
• Oversee the work of PE teachers within the Girls program providing guidance support and professional development opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with students staff and parents promoting a positive and inclusive environment within the Girls PE program.
• Champion equal opportunities for all girls to participate and excel in PE and sports.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Physical Education or a closely related subject.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for physical activity and sport with a proven track record of success in leading and developing PE programs for girls.
• Excels in leadership communication interpersonal skills and collaboration.
• Has a deep understanding of the National Curriculum for PE and the ability to create innovative and engaging learning experiences.
• A commitment to promoting equality inclusivity and the importance of physical and mental wellbeing within the Girls PE program.
