Asa Senior Dutymanager you will have overall responsibility for managinglifeguard team and swim programme and responsible for all wet operations.You will work closely along side the Swim and General Managers to improvethe centres pool operations and working towards providing the best customerexperience possible. 2 3 Duty Manager shifts a week which could be earlymorning or late evenings.

This facilitysite in Isleworth is brilliant! It has got sports halls squash & tenniscourts sauna & steam a pool. It also has a fully functional gym with thelatest fitness classes.

• Someone who can establish and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers handling and escalating complaints where appropriate
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Experience working in a multifaceted business with swimming facilities
• Experience of working in a Supervisor/Duty Manager role.
• You must be able to swim and pass an NPLQ (Ideally NPLQ Qualified already)
• Experience of working in wet operations (lifeguarding swim teaching or Trainer Assessor)
• Ability to work open and close the facility and work some weekends.
