Cranfield Clarke LTD are searching for an experienced, interim SEND Team Manager to join a busy local authority in the South for a period of approximately 6 months during a transitional stage. Reporting to the Send Service manager you will be responsible for ensuring all relevant legislation and guidance is adhered to in relation to casework. Coordinate appropriate provision, provide guidance and ensure all statutory deadlines are met. Maintaininggood practice standards.

Someone with complex casework experience would be suitable for this role.


Requirements

-Experience dealing with complex cases
-Ability to write comprehensive, detailed and accurate Education, health care plans for children and young people, submitting these on time, often working under pressure or towards specific deadlines
-Experince of coordinating a team of SEN Caseworkers and senior caseworkers
-Supporting other colleagues with making accurate judgements
-You will need to be eligible to work in the UK and be available to travel to / work in the South of England for the duration of the contract.
